About the role
This is a senior, second-in-command position. You'll own the day-to-day running of the business — from fleet readiness and shuttle logistics to delivering experiences that turn first-timers into raving fans. When the owner's not on site, you are the business. You'll work across operations, customer experience, and team coordination with real autonomy and real responsibility.
