Availability varies by child age, height and group setup.
Our electric trike is available for riders who prefer additional stability and a more supported riding position.
Suitability depends on the rider's mobility, balance and ability to safely control the trike.
Our special-needs trailers are designed to help more children, teenagers and adults experience the Rail Trail with family, carers and support people.
These experiences require a suitability conversation before booking.

Good to know
We would rather answer a question before you book than have you choose the wrong setup. Here are the things visitors ask us most often.
Call 0439 318 934No. The electric assistance does most of the hard work, and you can choose the assistance level that feels right. The trail is generally flat to gently graded, and you can ride at your own pace.
Not at all. Many of our riders are using an e-bike for the first time. We explain the controls, adjust the bike for you and give you time to practise before you leave.
Choose four hours for the tunnel, bridges, photos and a relaxed café stop. Choose the full day when you want a long lunch, extra villages and the freedom to stop without watching the clock.
Yes. We have kids' e-bikes, child seats, tag-alongs and trailers. The right option depends on the child's age, height, confidence and your group setup, so contact us when you are unsure.
We include eco ponchos and can help you judge the conditions. Light showers do not always ruin a ride, but safety comes first. Contact us if the forecast looks uncertain.
Stop riding and call Valley. We provide trail support and will help organise the safest next step. Do not continue riding a bike that feels unsafe or damaged.
Your ride starts at our family home behind the white picket fence in South Murwillumbah, just 100 metres from the Northern Rivers Rail Trail trailhead.
Booking ahead is strongly recommended, especially on weekends, school holidays and public holidays. It also gives us time to prepare the right bikes and family equipment for your group.
