You will need to bring a valid driver's license and credit card (we may require a pre-authorisation) when you collect your bike rental.

With flexible booking times rentals begin at 8am and half hour increments till 1pm with the bike to be returned to Valley Ebikes by 5pm unless previously organised for a later time or a pick-up scheduled. (All booking are done on NSW Daylight Savings Time)

The control screen mounted on the handlebars gives you five levels of pedal assist to choose from...

Although we highly recomend you ride the Rail Trail you are free to ride anywhere. However you are not allowed to transport the bikes in a vechile, You are also not allowed to ride the bikes on the beach.

The Valley Ebikes mechanics regularly service and maintain all rentals. We complete checks on all bikes before they continue a ride.

If a mechanical failure happens during your rental and it's not your fault, call us. We will fix the problem or arrange a replacement bike as soon as possible. If damage happens from an accident or wrong use, we will check it. Then, we will charge you to fix the bike.

The entire return ride is 48 km. You can finish it in 4 hours, or you can make the most of it and book a full day.  There is so much to see and take its great to make a day of the trail.

The Northern Rivers Rail Trail is great. It has many stops along the way.

You can visit the Tweed Regional Gallery, coffee shops, and farm stays. A pub, a wine shop, and a cheese shop also exist. You can find local farm stalls and places to eat too. So much more awaits your enjoyment!

You may see some road crossings at railway crossing points. However, the Rail Trail mostly stays away from roads. It uses underpasses and overpasses to keep you safe from vehicle traffic.

This creates a safe and fun experience for everyone. This includes families and people looking for a peaceful outdoor escape.

Yes from time to time we do, We want to ensure everyone that hires one of our E-bikes are equipped with the best and now and then they do get damaged and deemed not fit for our hires. hence we do sell them, don't worry we only sell them if they are 100% safe and working correctly.
