The following items are available as part of your rental at no additional fee.
You will need to bring a valid driver's license and credit card (we may require a pre-authorisation) when you collect your bike rental.
With flexible booking times rentals begin at 8am and half hour increments till 1pm with the bike to be returned to Valley Ebikes by 5pm unless previously organised for a later time or a pick-up scheduled. (All booking are done on NSW Daylight Savings Time)
$200 Security Hold on a credit card is required with hires

Their 4-inch fat tyres absorb bumps for a smoother ride while the upright ride position takes the pressure off your hands and wrists while sitting on a big comfy cushioned seat for support.
Hydraulic disk brakes that safely bring you to a stop, and the step-through frame will allow you to get on and off the bike with ease.

Although we highly recomend you ride the Rail Trail you are free to ride anywhere. However you are not allowed to transport the bikes in a vechile, You are also not allowed to ride the bikes on the beach.
All rentals are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest standard by the Valley Ebikes mechanics and are checked prior to being released to the customer. If a mechanical failure occurs during the rental period and is of no fault of the customer, phone us and we will come fix the failure or organise a replacement rental bike asap. Damage that occurs as a result of an accident or incorrect usage will be assessed and the relative charge applied to have the bike repaired.
Based on 25 kilometers an hour you can do a return ride in 2 hours.. but your not in a marathon so allow 4 hours+. There is so much to see and take its great to make a day of the trail.

For all orders within a 50km radius of Murwillumbah we will personally deliver. All other orders are delivered free along the east coast of Oz in 7 to 10 days. for orders outside these areas contact us for a quote.
Yes from time to time we do, We want to ensure everyone that hires one of our E-bikes are equipped with the best and now and then they do get damaged and deemed not fit for our hires. hence we do sell them, don't worry we only sell them if they are 100% safe and working correctly. If your interested in a second hand bike get in touch and we will let you know if there is anything available
